Registration fee from 1st June until 8th September 2010
- basic fee - 750 zł
- full fee (includes excursion) - 950 zł

On-site registration
- basic fee - 1000 zł
- full fee (includes excursion) - 1200 zł

The basic fee includes: conference materials, plenary sessions, dinner buffet (Wednesday, September 15), poster evening (Thursday, September 16), lunch and coffee breaks.

Cancellation policy and refunds
Cancellation before July 31st 2010  - full refund (minus banking charges).
Cancellation after July 31st  2010 - no refund.

On-line hotel reservation is open until 20th June 2010.
